class 1:
INTRODUCTION TO FOUNDATION TRAINING + ALIGN WITH KATE PRINCIPALS

This class will introduce the concepts of Foundation Training and the principals of Align with Kate. 
We will cover basic movement patterns that lead to joint pain and how to correct them.

This class is for those with chronic joint issues (back, hip, knee, foot, shoulder, and neck pain).
class 2:
HIP STRENGTH + MOBILITY

This class will demonstrate how to restore hip mobility, while addressing the root cause of tight hips (hint; weak hips).
The hips are the most influential joint in the body and when the hips move well the entire body
becomes more aligned, moves better and posture improves too.

This class is for those with chronic joint pain/issues (back pain, hip pain, knee pain, foot pain, etc).
class 3:
POSTURE, ALIGNMENT, AND PROPER MOVEMENT PATTERNS

Posture has a huge impact on our joints, mood, immune system, etc.
This class will demonstrate what proper posture is and how to restore it.

This class is for anybody looking to improve their posture and alignment, address muscle
imbalances and improve the body’s ability to move without joint pain and premature joint deterioration.

CORE STRENGTH

Having a strong core is one of the most effective ways to prevent injury. Most conventional core exercises 
(like crunches) add to muscle imbalances, misalignment, and premature break down of the joints.
This class demonstrates the most effective and functional approach to a stronger core.

This class is for those wanting to prevent injury, increase core strength, re-establish core
strength post-baby (diastasis recti), and prevent or alleviate back pain.
class 5:
GLUTE STRENGTH

The glutes are some of the most important muscles in the body when it comes to preventing injury.
This class will demonstrate the most functional and effective ways to strengthen the glutes.

This class is for those with chronic joint pain or anyone who wants to improve athletic performance,
prevent injury, and address the root cause of muscle imbalances.
class 6:
THE BEST OF ALIGN WITH KATE

This class is a culmination of the most important and effective exercises from the 6-week Align with Kate series.
It will benefit those who have joint pain, want to prevent it and understand how critical it is to move well
and practice corrective exercise on a regular basis.

This class is for those with joint pain, those wanting to get stronger and improve mobility, posture, and alignment.
